About
IAMSOUND Records is the brainchild of Niki Roberton. Formerly a video director, Niki decided she wanted to try her hand at discovering and developing new talent. Paul Tao (of AbsolutePunk.net) joined on as general manager, and together they run one of Los Angeles's most celebrated independent labels. Their artist roster includes such talent as Fool's Gold, Florence + the Machine, SALEM, Restless People, New Villager, and Little Boots among others.
